You have probably arrived here looking for a solution to your computer problems. Your computer, just like any valuable asset needs a regular maintenance to keep it from running into problems
However like it or not, problems will crop up as the computer gets older or when it’s not properly maintained. While you can always pay someone to do the repair and diagnostics for you, it would be better if you can do it yourself.

When we came across Spotmau, we thought it’s one of the most useful system utilities software that we manage to get our hands on so far. It’s designed for beginners but useful enough for computer veterans.
Spotmau is basically a collection of DOS based utilities which are available on system boot-up. Since they are designed to run outside the operating system, you can perform all sorts of tasks even when Windows won’t boot up.
The tasks include fixing and installing Windows, recover files you lost, speed up and optimize your system, hide private files and folders and more.
One gripe we have regarding Spotmau is the lack of substantial documentation to help you along the way. Thankfully, most of the operations involve point and click so even that won’t deter you from making full use of the software.
Another gripe we have, you’ll have to reboot your system after performing a task which a bit of a hassle. It would be better if it takes us back to the main screen instead. However, this is probably done to make sure you are running each utility on a clean version of the system.
Spotmau modifies your operating system in order to improve its efficiency. Therefore is should be easy to navigate and the interface should be intuitive. Fortunately, Spotmau excels in the area.
As far as PC maintenance and diagnostics are concern, Spotmau provide useful diagnostic information about all facets of your operating system.
